If you have wondered why spend on making 3D renderings for your project, you may be overlooking the importance of such a great tool.
If you are someone with a great artistic sense and have so many ideas for your home interior design but can't really wrap your head around how everything will fit together, then you have come to the right place. 3D renderings help you visualize how your project will look after completion without even hammering a nail. With modern day software, we can create hyper realistic images of whatever you can imagine.
So what is the process like? well, it's rather simple.
We start with a mood board where you give us the colors that you like and we piece together a board that has different items that fit into these design colors.
The next step is doing a test rendering where we show you how these pieces fall together and that would be the first visual of the actual space. This rendering is usually a little bit lower quality than the final rendering for speed purposes and to get the ideas going.
After that, we work with you to play with different materials, furniture items and object placements.
Once the materials and placements have been finalized, we create the final renderings. here is a challenge for you, spot the 7 differences between the pictures if you can!
These renderings are then taken into production where we create shop drawings for each wall, floor and ceiling. Shop drawings are drawings that show in detail the size and location of each piece which helps contractors build the project to the exact same dimensions as the renderings. They also contain material schedules to show where each material is going and quantities of each material.
Finally, we also offer a document where all the furniture can be bought from with links to websites and furniture stores to buy the exact same pieces shown in the rendering.
The contractor takes it on from there as your vision is now crystal clear. They do the necessary work to make your dream project into reality.
