OUR PLAN PRODUCTION PROCESS

MANY CLIENTS INTERESTED IN DOING A REMODEL FOR THEIR HOME SOMETIMES ARE UNAWARE OF THE PROCESS TO GET PLANS READY FOR THEIR CONTRACTOR TO GET STARTED ON THE PROJECT. WE LAID OUT OUR PROCESS BELOW FOR A CLEAR START FROM THE GET GO. 

SITE VISIT

WE START BY DOING A SITE VISIT TO YOUR PROPERTY TO TAKE EXISTING MEASUEREMENTS. DURING THIS VISIT WE UNDERSTAND THE CLIENTS VISION OF THE PROJECT AND GIVE SOME RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE.

TEAM MEMBERS

MAKING PLANS IS SOMETIMES MORE INVOLVED THAN IT APPEARS AT FIRST. IF THERE IS ANY WALL REMOVALS OR MAJOR ADDITIONS, THE HELP OF OTHER TEAM MEMBERS MIGHT BE NEEDED AS NECESSASY. WE GET IN TOUCH WITH A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OR AN MEP ENGINEER FOR THEIR INPUT AND DESIGN DRAWINGS.

PERMIT

WE TKE CARE OF THE PERMIT FOR YOU. WHETHER IT IS AN HOA OR THE CITY, WE GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND GET THE RIGHT APPROVALS AND ADDRESS ANY COMMENTS THEY MAY HAVE ON THE PLANS. 

PLAN PRODUCTION

WE WORK ON DRAFTING UP THE PLANS USING THE EXISTING MEASURMENTS WE TOOK. THIS PROCESS USUALLY TAKES ABOUT 7-10 DAYS. ONCE THEY ARE READY, WE SEND THEM OVER TO THE CLIENT TO REVIEW THE DESIGN AND GIVE US THE GREEN LIGHT TO MOVE AHEAD.

COMPILING

ONCE THE PLANS ARE FINALIZED WITH THE CLIENT AND THE OTHER TEAM MEMBERS, WE COMPILE THE PLAN SET, FILL OUT THE REQUIRED PERMIT APPLICATION FORMS, SIGN THEM WITH THE CLIENT AND HAVE IT READY TO SEND TO THE GOVERMENT AGENCY FOR THE PERMIT.

CONSTRUCTION

WHEN THE PLANS GET APPROVED, YOU WILL BE READY TO GET STARTED WITH YOUR CONTRACTOR ON YOUR PROJECT.
