WE CREATE MULTIPLE ALTERNATIVE DESIGNS TO FIT THE TYPE OF BUSINESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUILD HELPING YOU DECIDE ON WHAT ARE THE PROS ANC CONS OF EACH

TITLE COMMITMENT REVIEW

WE WORK ON REVIEWING THE DEED AND TITLE COMMITMENT DOCUMENTS TO IDENTIFY ANY EASEMENTS ON SITE AND MAKE SURE THEY WERE IDENTIFIED ON THE SURVEY SUCH AS PIPELINE EASEMENTS

COMPILING

ONCE THE SITE PLANS ARE FINALIZED WE COMPILE ALL OF THEM AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A COMPLETE DOCUMENT SHOWING SUMMARY ANALYSIS TABLES ON EACH TO HELP NEGOTIATE WITH THE SELLER
